Job Description: Telesales Executive
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable financial products
Explain product features, benefits & pricing clearly
Follow up with prospects and close sales within timelines
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain strong customer communication and relationship
Requirements:
Graduate with minimum 1 year of telesales / calling experience
Good communication & convincing skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Languages: Tamil & English (regional languages are a plus)
