Job Description
Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Gender Preference: Female candidates only
Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply
Job Overview:We are hiring a Telecalling Executive for our computer service center. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining our services, and generating service leads.
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding computer services and support.
- Explain service packages and resolve basic customer queries.
- Generate leads and schedule service appointments.
- Maintain call records and customer details.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
