SAP BTP Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP BTP Integration Suite Consultant to design, develop, and implement solutions that connect FORD industrial systems. As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing the SAP BTP Integration Suite to meet specific business requirements. You'll leverage your expertise in integration patterns, message mapping, and connectivity protocols to build robust and scalable integration solutions. Responsibilities:

• Develop and design robust integration solutions using SAP CPI, focusing on seamless connectivity between various SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring optimal data flow and minimal performance overhead
  • Configure and customize pre-built integration content and develop custom integration flows (iFlows)
  • Create interface mappings, message transformations, and integration flows, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across different system landscapes and protocols
  • Configure and manage SAP Event Mesh to enable real-time, event-driven architectures, implementing efficient message routing, publish-subscribe patterns, and event-driven communication strategies across enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with functional consultant, other middleware team and business stake holders to build scalable interfaces
  • Experience in Groovy Scripting, Value Mapping, API Execution & Error handling. 
  • Experience in working with applications like POSTMAN/ Hoppscotch for unit testing with iFlows and Rest API’s 
  • Good experience in Transportation of Design and Configuration objects to the Respective servers using File and CTS. Should have worked on standard integration packages. Knowledge of cloud connectors preferred.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including integration design specifications, architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and operational runbooks for integration solutions
  • Experience in APIGEE, API Management, Advanced event mesh and Integration advisor.
  • Experience with CI/CD, structured testing and working within enterprise governance
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex integration challenges, perform root cause analysis, and develop innovative solutions to resolve intricate integration issues across SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Ensure strict adherence to security protocols, implement secure connectivity methods, manage authentication and authorization mechanisms, and maintain compliance with enterprise security standards
  • Should have Knowledge on REST / OData APIs and API business hub. 
  • Stay up to date on current SAP integration technologies.  
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP technology and tools such as CPI, Event Mesh, API-M, B2B(TPM), Cloud Connector and BTP cockpit.
  • Good experience in File/FTP, RFC, IDOC, IDOC_AAE, HTTP, ODATA, REST, Ariba, JDBC and SOAP adapters and ABAP proxy. 
  • Experience with API management and API security is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in Automotive / Manufacturing industry is a plus
  •  SAP Certification in SAP BTP Integration Suite is a plus
