What you can look forward to as SCM Leader - Plant (m/f/d):

• Ensure safety for people, integrity of the assets and excellence on service
• Develop/empower & qualify plant SCM/Logistics team to run plant logistics operations in planning and material handling according efficiency and customer centricity enriched by end-to-end/value stream responsibilities
• Implement Corporate and Division supply chain standards and tools. Support on developing future strategies and standards for entire process scope of SCM
• Minimize manual effort by optimized material flows and profitable automated material handling processes
• Lead material planning for inbound/intra-plant/outbound material flows to ensure highest material availability and service-levels – ensure supply continuity (also including NPM)
• Run Sales & Operations Planning for the plant leadership team to provide best demand visibility and avoid capacity/material shortages

 

Your Profile as SCM Leader - Plant (m/f/d):

• 5+ years solid working experience in Operations and relevant Functions
• 3+ years leadership experience incl. coaching/mentoring skills. Experience in Project Management
• Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• Transformation competence and organizational development skills. Coaching and Mentoring Skills
• Business / Finance Management Acumen. Results/Process/Problem Solving - Oriented
• In Depth knowledge in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Production and Launch Readiness
