Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


* Maintain books of accounts and daily transactions

* Handle loan accounting (disbursement, repayment, interest, NPA)

* Ensure compliance with Reserve Bank of India guidelines

* Manage GST, TDS, and other tax filings

* Prepare financial statements and MIS reports

* Assist in audits and bank reconciliations


Qualifications:


* B.Com (CA Inter preferred)

* 2–5 years experience (NBFC/finance preferred)


Skills:


* Knowledge of accounting & NBFC compliance

* Proficiency in Tally & Excel

* Attention to detail and accuracy
