Process Overview
The Risk and Finance Technology (RFT) organization is responsible for the management and delivery of technology for the bank’s enterprise control functions. We also manage GT&O’s business operations, business process and controls, workforce management, Simplify & Improve (SIM) governance, and initiative and master planning processes.

Job Description

As an experienced senior Architect, the individual will be responsible for leading the end to end solution design, integration strategy, implementation roadmap and modernization of the Banks General Ledger application using Oracle Cloud Fusion technologies. The role requires deep functional and architectural expertise across core ERP modules, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities
• Lead the overall solution architecture and design for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, migrations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, Business Analysts, Architects and stakeholders to design and implement scalable technical solutions which meet business needs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define process improvements and align system capabilities with business objectives.

• Develop end-to-end solution blueprints covering core modules such as Financials (GL, AP, FA), Consolidation and Planning/ Budgeting modules.

• Ensure architectural integrity and adherence to Oracle Cloud standards and best practices.
• Evaluate new Oracle releases, features and roadmap updates to recommend strategic adoption.

• Evaluate new OCI features / AI capabilities that can be adopted to continuously improve the current state.

• Job requires interactions with the US team leadership/developer and strong technical background
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Provide mentorship to consultants and review key design deliverables to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

Education*: Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Information Technology

Certification if any: NA

Experience Range*: 12 to 20 years

Foundational skills
o Oracle Cloud Fusion Financial Techno/Functional with 12+ Years of experience in General Ledger/ Accounts Payables/ Fixed Assets
o Expertise in Oracle Cloud/ Fusion Implementations/Support and Integration (GL , AP , FA , Security)

o Expertise in Oracle Cloud FCCS and EPBCS is preferred.
o Proven experience in designing scalable, high-performance systems and architecting solutions for complex business and regulatory requirements
o Hands-on Experience in BIP Reports, SOACS, RESTFUL Webservices
o Hands- on in SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux (5+ years)

Desired skills:
o Excellent oral/written communication skills
o Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
