Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Description: • Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualified opportunities • Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders and business opportunities • Manage multiple campaigns, accounts, and outreach initiatives simultaneously • Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth and deal conversion • Track and improve outreach performance, engagement, and conversion rates • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders

Required Skills: • 3–5 years of experience in business development / inside sales / lead generation • Strong experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline building • Good understanding of B2B and enterprise sales cycles • Hands-on experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting • Experience using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
