What you can look forward to as Senior Engineer:

Timely Payment collection and Knock-off in customer ledger
Customer training and installation support for new products to ensure the rollout of defect-free trailers. This helps improve product performance and prevents service issues.
Improve the TABS penetration in the zone
Promote advanced ITP Products such as, TEBS/Tail guard/TPMS/ Traction/
Handling trailer export customers like Dutch Lanka Trailers and working with them to improve business.

Your Profile as Senior Engineer:

Successfully completed degree in Mechanical engineering and 3-6 years of work experience in the automotive industry.
Involved in new product and projects required for the customers (Road Train, E-Trailer)
Tracking the revenue recognition and ensure the GRN from customers.
Addressing customer service complaints and coordinating with the Service team to resolve them, while simultaneously providing reports to customers to prevent such issues in the future.
Continuous customer visits to address customer pain points and resolve them, in order to ensure a strong relationship with the customers.
