Senior Engineering Manager - Civil

Should have below skills & Capabilities,

Design & Analysis – Steel & RCC structures for infrastructure and similar kind EPC projects
Design & Analysis for Ports and Merine related structural elements like Breakwaters / Revetments, Berths / Approaches, Sheet pile / Diaphragm wall etc. will be added advantage
Construction methodology & enabling works for Marine and offshore structure projects
Design & Drawing review
Through knowledge in codes & standards – IS, BS, IRC & IRS codes for Steel & RCC structures
Very good command in Design / Analysis softwares like STAAD Pro & ETABS
Digital skills including automation and BIM software
Guide a team of 2 to 3 Engineers & CAD/BIM detailers to deliver design & drawings for a major project independently.
Optimize team performance to maximize quality & productivity of design deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams & other teams across site, tendering team, procurement etc. to ensure seamless coordination of design delivery
Visit project sites to resolve construction related issues and to enhance construction progress.
Visit Client & Consultant offices for getting approval for the design deliverables
Candidate to possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, good networking skills
