Job Title: Site Engineer – Interior Works

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2–5 Years (Interior Fit-outs Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site execution, quality control, and timely completion of projects as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Handle material planning, site measurements, and quantity verification
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance when required
• Manage labor and ensure productivity at the site
• Coordinate with clients and update them on project progress

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution techniques
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (2D & basic 3D)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)
• Qualifications:Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design
• Relevant experience in interior site execution
• Preferred Requirements:Experience in residential / commercial interior projects
• Ability to handle multiple sites (if required)
• Willingness to travel within the city
