Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Financial Consultant with strong expertise in financial services, fundraising, and institutional coordination. The candidate will play a key role in driving financial growth, managing banking relationships, and supporting strategic financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, analysis, and business growth strategies
- Handle fundraising activities including debt funding, working capital, and project finance
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for:
- Letter of Credit (LC)
- Fund-based and non-fund-based limits
- Support IPO, private equity, and other financial service-related activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with NBFCs and banks
- Work on company financial structuring, reporting, and compliance
- Assist in company registration and financial setup processes
- Deliver presentations and proposals to banks and financial institutions
- Mobilizing funds from bank for company requirements and take company to next level financial growth.
Requirements
- CA IIB/Equivalent qualification
- 5–10 years of experience in financial consulting or corporate finance
- Strong knowledge of:
- Private Equity
- IPO processes
- Financial Services
- Good network with NBFCs / Banks
- Strong understanding of debt/project finance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Finance (from a reputed university)
- Experience in handling end-to-end financial growth strategies
- Exposure to multi-industry financial consulting
