Key Responsibilities
1) Design, develop, and deliver frontend‑heavy full stack applications from concept to production
Own the entire SDLC, Requirement understanding, System and UI architecture, Development and code reviews, Deployment and production support
2) Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, providing technical direction and quality oversight
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, including:
3) Requirement discussions, Architecture walkthroughs, Status updates, technical decision explanations
4) Ensure applications meet standards for: Performance, Scalability, Security, Maintainability
5) Effectively leverage AI‑assisted development tools while maintaining strong engineering judgment.
6) Take full ownership of deliverables, timelines, and solution quality.

Experience & Ownership
6+ years of frontend‑heavy full stack experience Proven track record of
1) Building end‑to‑end solutions independently
2) Making architectural and technical decisions with minimal supervision
3) Owning delivery from requirements to production
Leadership & Client Management
1) Demonstrated experience leading a small engineering team
2) Task planning, delegation, and technical guidance
3) Code reviews and mentoring
4) Proven ability to independently manage clients, including: Requirement gathering and clarification
, Setting technical expectations, Communicating progress, risks, and trade‑offs
5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
