Senior Lead Design - MEP (PHE)

To lead Public Health Engineering (PHE) design activities, ensuring safe, sustainable, and compliant water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems integrated across building projects..

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead design of internal and external water supply, sewerage, and drainage systems.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, and local regulations.
• Review and approve design drawings, schematics, and hydraulic calculations.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and landscape teams for system interfaces.
• Conduct design optimization and value engineering reviews.
•  Support site teams with design clarifications and inspection of installations.

KNOWLEDGE

Minimum Qualifications

  B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Telecommunication Engineering /   Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered

Language Skills

• English (Working Proficiency), Regional Language – Preferred, Hindi

• 10–12 years

• Experience in PHE system design, hydraulic modeling, and coordination for large-scale building or township projects.
