  • Minimum 15–25 years of experience in offshore structural design and detailing.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in offshore oil & gas projects.
  • Strong expertise in E3D and/or Smart 3D (S3D) modelling environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for preparation and checking of structural drawings.
  • Good understanding of offshore structural systems including jackets, topsides, FPSO modules, and support structures.
  • Familiarity with offshore design practices and applicable standards (API, ISO, DNV concepts awareness).
  • Strong experience in drawing checking, model validation, and quality control processes.
  • Ability to lead design teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering groups.
  • Good communication and technical coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in detailed engineering and brownfield offshore modification projects.
  • Exposure to offshore fabrication yard practices and installation requirements.
  • Experience in model administration support and project setup within E3D/S3D environments.
  • Knowledge of lifting arrangements, transportation supports, and constructability considerations.
  • Experience working with international EPC contractors and global project execution teams.
