Job Description

Responsible for full-funnel campaign execution, daily optimization, and reporting across paid SoMe channels, ensuring paid set-up is fully aligned with campaign media plan and objectives. ​

• Campaign set-up and management: Build and launch campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta ads manager based on approved media plan and creative assets provided. ​
• Audience segmentation: Support campaign owner with segmentation approaches​
• Optimisation: Suggest channel specific KPIs for campaign activation and monitor performance daily/weekly, adjusting bids, audiences and creatives in alignment with campaign managers​
• Performance reporting: build performance reports/work with dashboards and translate data into insights and provide recommendation to campaign managers for optimisation.​
• Collaboration: be internal paid social expert, working with campaign teams, and automation and analytics colleagues.

Qualifications

• Hands-on platform experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager. This is primarily and a MUST. ​
• Nice to have, but not to be prioritize: Meta Ads Manager, YouTube and other relevant SoMe channels – ideally from a B2B context (in-house or agency-side).​
• Strong analytical skills: ability to set KPIs and interpret metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, engagement rates and conversion paths into insights ​
• Understanding of paid social funnel dynamics and audience segmentation, including remarketing and lookalike targeting ​
• Experience managing budgets and media spend strategy​
• B2B experience with LinkedIn is a must.​
• Excellent communication skills.​
• Proficiency with data and reporting tools for campaign tracking and performance visualisation
