Job Description

Site Reliability Engineer

Pune/Chennai

• Maintain security and remediate vulnerabilities for the Web and Application Layer 
• Maintain and Improve Apache Tomcat Servers 
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the various servers and components are running 

Qualifications

• Experienced in Linux and Bash. Must be comfortable navigating the Linux system and "Live in the Shell". 
• Intimate understanding of Apache Tomcat and its relationship with other Middleware Services such as Apache Webserver and Apache ActiveMQ. 
• 5+ years of proven experience managing various landing zones within an on-premises system 
• 5+ years of proven experience with Python or equivalent to automate system administrative tasks in the on-premises systems 
• A deep understanding of keyvault and the proper understanding of how to leverage keyvault or its equivalents to rotate and manage infrastructure secrets.
