Qualification  : Any graduate (fresher/exp) with NO BACKLOGS.


*The job opening is for "Senior Telecalling officer" in Collections calling Unit.

 * It is an Outbound Collections process.

*Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.

* Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.  

*Contact debtors to inquire  of their payment status.

*Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.

*Have strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly.

*Chennai Languages required: Tamil & English
