Senior Telesales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to prospective leads to promote and sell insurance policies (motor, life, health).
• Product Presentation: Articulate policy features, benefits, coverage options, and premiums clearly to customers.
• Lead Conversion: Persuade potential clients to purchase policies, handling objections and closing sales.
• Customer Support: Address inquiries and provide information to prospects.
• Record Management: Accurately document all interaction details, follow-up actions, and sales data in the CRM system.
• Targets: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales KPIs. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Key Requirements & Skills

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in relevant languages.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or the insurance sector is preferred.
• Knowledge: Understanding of insurance products (motor, health).
• Soft Skills: High levels of persuasion, negotiation, and resilience.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including CRM software and MS Office.
