Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair faults in coffee/tea vending machines
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing
  • Restore non-working machines to full operational condition
  • Identify damaged parts and carry out necessary replacements
  • Attend service calls at client locations in a timely manner
  • Ensure minimal downtime and maintain service quality standards
  • Maintain basic service records and report recurring issues
  • Support installation and setup of new machines when required
