Job Description

· CCTV Camera Repair: Diagnose faults in analog and IP cameras, including lens, sensor, and PCB issues.

· PCB Rework: Perform soldering, component replacement, and circuit-level troubleshooting to restore functionality.

· Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct functional tests on repaired cameras to ensure compliance with performance standards.

· Firmware & Configuration: Update firmware, configure camera settings, and verify IP connectivity.

· Preventive Maintenance: Carry out routine checks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

· Documentation: Maintain detailed service reports, repair logs, and rework records.

· Customer Support: Provide technical assistance, explain repair outcomes, and guide clients on proper usage.

· Safety & Compliance: Follow ESD-safe practices, adhere to company protocols, and comply with industry standards.
