ServiceNow Architect

What You Will Do:
As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, you’ll lead the overall design and development of multiple ServiceNow applications across several projects. You’ll provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the ServiceNow development teams members. You’ll support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest ServiceNow architecture to ensure success of the project. Your design will set the standard for future development, so you’ll craft an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security.

What You Will Need:

• Strong domain expertise in at least two ServiceNow platform applications: HR Service Management, IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), Financial Management (FM), and Performance Analytics.
• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow development including process automation (orchestration), client scripts, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and web services integration (SOAP, REST)
• 4+ years of experience with Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion integrations in ServiceNow
• Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering/Science
• Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or ServiceNow Architect certifications
• Agile SAFe, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or ITIL v4 certifications are preferred

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
• Experience and comfort with MS Excel and other MS Office products
• Aggregate and synthesize data from authoritative systems into metrics and analytics
• Ability to quickly comprehend complexity and convey findings in concise, well-written narratives
