Showroom Sales Executive

·        Ensuring that all customers are given the best in customer service

·        Assisting the customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses

·        Working with the store team in assisting them in achieving the store targets

·        Working along with the team members and the store manager in following the store SOP's

·        Ensuring customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store level.

·        Performing follow-up calls with customers on feedback and ensuring a higher NPS for the store.

·        Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.

·        Responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as planned.

·        Follow-up on customer enquiries every day and make sure marketing SMS blasts are sent as per management direction.

·        Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).

·        The candidate must be Graduate with pleasant personality and good communication skills, Must be fluent in English.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

·        Greeting customers and find out the needs.
