Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in client handling, customer relationship management, and business coordination. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding project or service updates.
- Maintain client databases, records, and communication history.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and feedback analysis.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist management in business development and client engagement activities.
- Handle escalations professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client handling and negotiation abilities.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Qualification:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree / MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or sales coordination.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in real estate or customer-facing industries preferred.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
