Site Civil Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Plan and monitor daily site activities and labor productivity.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control at every stage of construction.
• Verify levels, dimensions, and alignment before execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor material consumption and coordinate material requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Identify site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Measure completed work and assist in billing, quantity verification, and contractor payments.
• Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.
• Maintain site records, checklists, and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–8 years of experience in residential, commercial, or interior fit-out projects.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply (Junior Engineer role).
• Technical SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project (preferred).
• Understanding of RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and interior civil works.
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
• Familiarity with IS Codes and construction standards.
