Site Engineer

Job Summary:

A Site Engineer is responsible for managing and supervising construction activities at project sites, ensuring that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Interpret and implement engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage material requirements, inventory, and site resources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to site teams.
• Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project records.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure work is completed within budget and according to project standards.
