Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementHandle and manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
  • Create and publish daily social media posts, stories, reels, and videos.
  • Schedule and monitor social media campaigns.
  • Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Content CreationDesign marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Create promotional posters, product advertisements, and branding materials.
  • Write attractive captions, hashtags, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Create short videos and reels for product promotions.
  • Lead GenerationHandle leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, website inquiries, and social media platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up.
  • Digital MarketingAssist in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns.
  • Update website content and SEO blogs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
  • Customer EngagementReply to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Promote company products and services through online channels.
  • Required SkillsKnowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Basic Graphic Design skills (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
  • Video Editing skills are an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Ability to create attractive marketing content.
  • QualificationAny Degree / Diploma.
  • Freshers with strong social media skills can apply.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing preferred.
