Job Description

We’re looking for someone who can turn real medical insights into powerful, consistent content that educates, builds trust, and drives patient engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Content Execution (Core Role)Convert doctor’s ideas (voice notes / rough points) into:
  • Reels (primary focus)
  • Carousels
  • Educational posts
  • Ensure content reflects:
  • Authority
  • Trust
  • Premium positioning
  • 2. Video Production SupportAssist in weekly content shoots (1–2 hours)
  • Help with:
  • Framing
  • Basic direction (“say this, try this hook”)
  • Edit reels:
  • Clean cuts
  • Subtitles
  • Minimal but effective effects
  • 3. Content PlanningMaintain a weekly content calendar
  • 4. Posting & Platform Management Schedule and post consistently (Instagram priority)
  • Handle:
  • Basic comments
  • DMs (lead capture / directing to clinic)
  • 5. Performance TrackingTrack:
  • Reach
  • Saves
  • Engagement
  • Identify:
  • What content is working
  • What needs improvement
  • Mix of:
  • On-site (Chennai) - 4 days / Timing : 10:00am to 3:00pm
  • Remote work - 2 days
