Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Technical Skills
o Proficiency in languages/frameworks: Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, SQL.
o Experience with ERP systems (SAP, or custom jewellery ERP).
o Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, custom builds).
• Domain Knowledge
o Understanding of jewellery retail processes: pricing by weight, hallmarking, SKU management.
o Familiarity with retail compliance and taxation in India.
• Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with store teams, vendors, and IT infrastructure teams.
• Clear communication and documentation abilities.
Experience Requirements
• 3–5 years in software development, preferably in retail or jewellery domain.
- • Prior experience in ERP rollout or POS implementation is highly desirable.
