Quality focus
    Ensure that deliverables are implemented with industry best practices and as per the defined designs.
    Accountable and responsible for adequate unit test coverage for the software in own scope as part of the implementation process to ensure early quality.
    Accountable for passing build (warnings and errors in compilation)
    Accountable and responsible to ensure that SW features are well documented using the agreed tools
    Ensure that defects are fixed according to defect process and in a timely manner

Collaboration focus
    Software Developer works as part of agile teams co-operating with other developers and testers as well as the Product Owner. SW developers carry a general awareness of team level competencies (as in “T-shaped” profiles) and processes
    Handles code reviews in the team
    Continuously looks for improvement opportunities in own area and shares them with rest of the team.
Planning focus
Required Experience - 3 to 5 years of experience in embedded software programming with C++ 
Education - BE [EEE / ECE / CSC / IT / EIE]
Implements and maintains SW features as part of a development team.
- Documents, designs, implements and unit tests SW features.
- Maintains the implemented software by making necessary and timely modifications.
- Ensures necessary quality of their deliverables by working according to industry best practices 
'- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Knowledge on software version control (GIT, SVN) / defect management tools
- Knowledge on software compiler
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile)
Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Self-driven, self motivated and hard working
- Highly focused towards work and achieving goals
- Willingness to work in a global organization, where travelling is required
