Job Role:

We’re hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365  Developer to help us build scalable CRM solutions for a healthcare-tech transformation program.
This is a hands-on role involving customizations, integrations, and Power Platform extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Customize and extend D365 CE modules using Power Apps, JavaScript, and C#
Build and maintain Power Automate flows and integration endpoints Work on Sprint-based deliveries with clear unit testing and version control.
Contribute to portal build-outs using Power Pages (with UX team)
Collaborate with QA and BAs for feature validation and deployment

Required Skills:
 Expert-level proficiency in implementing, configuring, and enhancing core functionality within the D365 Sales and Marketing modules.
Must be highly experienced with the associated Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Technical Development: Strong command of C#, .NET, and JavaScript for developing robust custom solutions (plugins, custom APIs, web resources) that extend D365 capabilities.
Data Architecture: Proven ability to design, manage, and optimize data structures within Microsoft Dataverse to support complex Sales and Marketing processes.
Data Integration & APIs: Experience connecting D365 to various external systems using REST APIs.
Knowledge of bulk data migration/synchronization tools like KingswaySoft or comparable SSIS/integration solutions is a definite advantage.
SDLC & DevOps: Required experience in Agile development environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Azure DevOps for streamlined D365 deployments is a strong plus.
