Specialist- Pricing Strategy

YOUR TASKS:

• Own the global pricing roadmap, defining strategies for products and services aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Analyze market dynamics by monitoring pricing trends, competitor moves, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and ensure compliance
• Develop value‑based pricing models that reflect technical performance gains, regional requirements, and customer segments
• Drive strategic decisions through business cases, profitability analyses, and scenario modeling
• Enable commercial success with pricing expertise, tools, workflows, and training to support tenders and negotiations
• Track performance and ensure governance via KPI dashboards, competitor benchmarking, documentation, and global implementation support 

 

YOUR  PROFILE

• University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. 
• Familiarity with ERP systems and pricing tools
• Minimum 7–10 years in strategic pricing management
• Proven experience in pricing strategy, ideally in renewable energy or industrial aftermarket
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a structured, careful and reliable way of working
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, intercultural awareness would be an asset
• Ability to work independently or in teams as requested
