Job Description
Assess patients' health conditions and record vital signs.
Administer medications as prescribed by the doctor.
Monitor patient progress and report any changes immediately.
Assist patients with daily activities when required.erform wound dressing, injections, IV cannulation, nebulization, catheterization, and other nursing procedures as per protocol.Maintain accurate nursing records and patient charts.
