Startup Generalist
Shareplay powers the entire journey of a sports organization—from the first enrolment to elite athlete development. We help venues, clubs, academies and coaches manage operations, engage customers and track athlete performance through one connected platform.
We're looking for someone who wants to build, and get involved in all aspects of the business as we scale.
- Drive execution across growth, operations, customer success, and partnerships.
- Speak with customers and identify opportunities to upsell and improve customer success
- Help onboard and support sports academies and clubs.
Ideal profile
- 3+ years of work experience.
- Strong communication, good conversational skills and people skills.
- High ownership and accountability.
- Can independently and make decisions.
- Willing to get hands dirty and lead from the front.
- Startup mindset.
