Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Sales targets achievement, Floor Management, Inventory Management, Client Servicing and Customer relations.

·        Ensuring that all the activities during store opening and store closing are adhered to, ensuring that all the cash tills are functioning optimally.

·        Monitoring store operations of storage, return of delivering stock & inventory control.

·        Streamlining the system & procedures for effective inventory control and ensured ready availability of

    materials for meeting the requirement.

·        Coordinating with retail outlets, production, quality and dispatch departments for delivery &amp.

·        Distribution of stock; managing stocks & maintenance of stocks report

·        Assuring customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent TAT for delivery and standard service quality norms

·        Monitoring all office expenses, and implementing ways of reducing waste, product and time; analysing

    products and menus to handle competitive services offering in the market.

·        Managing effective execution of marketing & promotional activities to increase revenues for the

·        Accomplishing service operations for rendering and achieving quality services; providing first line customer support by answering queries & resolving their issues, ensuring minimum TAT

·        Implementing effective measures to reduce TAT; developed new procedures & processes to streamline operations and enhance service efficiency

·        Rendering services as a learning coach; developing, implementing, & executing performance improvement plans for all individuals to drive continuous improvement and employee retention

·        Liaising with suppliers/transporters, for ensuring smooth operations, systems and procedures for distribution

Key Skills: Must have skills

Qualification: Minimum 12th /Diploma/Degree

Experience: .5years specific experience required In Ecom/FMCG Warehouse/Logistics
