Store Manager

Store Manager BOB Ice Creams – Pothys Hypermarket, Padi. BOB Ice Creams is looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager to handle the daily operations of our Ice Cream Parlor located at Pothys Hypermarket, Padi, Chennai.

• Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day store operations
• Supervise service staff and maintain discipline
• Ensure excellent customer service experience
• Handle billing and cash management
• Monitor stock availability and freezer inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards inside the store
• Coordinate with suppliers and management when required
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the store
• Maintain sales records and daily reporting
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
• Requirements:Prior experience in Retail / Food & Beverage / Ice Cream / Bakery / Café operations preferred
• Good communication skills in Tamil
• Basic English communication preferred
• Knowledge of billing systems and basic computer operation
• Ability to manage staff and customers efficiently
• Honest, punctual and hardworking personality
• Ability to work during weekends and holidays
• Qualification:Minimum: 12th Standard / Diploma / Any Degree
• Experience:2 to 5 Years preferred
