Role Overview & Core Responsibilities

The primary objective of a Sales Executive at Go Colors is to convert foot traffic into purchases while delivering an excellent customer experience. [1]

• Customer Consultation & Styling Assistance: Greet shoppers, identify their styling needs, and suggest matching bottom-wear variants (leggings, palazzos, pants) from the brand’s extensive color palette.
• Up-selling and Cross-selling: Proactively drive add-on sales by presenting multiple color or fit coordinates to maximize individual transaction value.
• Visual Merchandising: Arrange and regularly update product displays on the showroom floor to catch customer attention and align with corporate visual standards.
• Showroom Operations & Billing: Manage point-of-sale (POS) billing systems, handle secure cash or digital transactions, balance the cash drawer, and maintain retail floor cleanliness.
• Inventory Tracking: Maintain shelf replenishment cycles, tag new apparel stock, and run regular inventory counts.
