SUPERVISOR-TRAVEL DESK
- Manage domestic and international air travel bookings for company staff and visiting clients.
- Coordinate and process visa arrangements for staff and clients traveling to various countries.
- Arrange local transportation and vehicle logistics for headquarters travelers and visiting guests.
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely bookings.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external clients regarding travel schedules, documents, and itinerary updates.
- Ensure all travel documentation (passports, visas, tickets, insurance, etc.) is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinating with CMD office for L&T chartered flight trip to Chennai.
- Respond promptly to last-minute travel changes, cancellations, rescheduling, or emergencies. Provide quick solutions by coordinating with airlines, travel agencies, and service providers to minimize disruption to travel plans.
