Job Description

Job Title: Tally Operator / Billing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a graduate with at least 6 months of experience in Tally billing and GST documentation. Candidates must reside within 30 km of our office in Sathangadu, Manali, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise invoices using Tally & E-Invoice.
  • Generate, edit, modify, cancel, and extend E-Invoices & E-Way Bills.
  • Handle customer inquiries and maintain inquiry records.
  • Lead generation, lead follow-up, and lead management.
  • Coordinate with customers and transporters for dispatch.
  • Maintain basic office documentation and records.
  • Update data in Excel and prepare daily reports.

Requirements

  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • Age: 18–27 years
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
  • Strong Tally billing knowledge (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with E-Invoicing & E-Way Bills
  • Hindi speaking (mandatory)
  • Tamil communication skills
  • Basic English communication
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
