Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage the real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent sales expertise, and the ability to drive revenue growth while achieving business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor the performance of Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Telecallers.
• Conduct daily sales meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions.
• Monitor lead generation, customer follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and conversions.
• Ensure proper CRM updates and accurate sales reporting.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and improve campaign performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
• Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Forecast sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
• Drive team productivity and maintain a high-performance sales culture.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• Experience8–15 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
