Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance Accenture's reputation in the marketplace, while also shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, ensuring that you act as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Experience Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of campaign management and execution strategies.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and optimization.
- Experience in utilizing analytics to drive campaign performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
