Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution of extensive and multifaceted technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires coordinating with various sponsors and teams to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The day is often filled with strategic planning, monitoring service quality, controlling costs, and driving the overall success and profitability of the delivery. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and supporting business growth by delivering exceptional solutions and maintaining strong collaboration across multiple functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of project plans to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve conflicts.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in managing end-to-end financial project delivery in complex environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize financial workflows and reporting structures.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Competent in risk management and mitigation strategies related to financial technology projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
