Job Description

Process: Personal Loan - Telesales Executives

Location: Thuraipakkam, Chennai

Eligibility:

  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
  • Good communication skills in Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada
  • Target-oriented & self-motivated

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for personal loan products via calls
  • Engage with prospective clients to explain product benefits
  • Follow up on leads and assist sales team in conversions

Salary Details:

Tamil Process

  • CTC: ₹13,789 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC)
  • Inhand: ₹11,690 + Incentives
  • Without CTC: ₹13,000 + Incentives

Malayalam Process

  • CTC: ₹16,093 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC)
  • In-Hand: ₹13,613 + Incentives
  • Without CTC: ₹15,000 + Incentives

Kannada Process

  • Salary: ₹17,000 + Incentives

Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Sunday Fixed Off
