Job Description

  • Outbound/Inbound Calls: Making calls to prospective leads and receiving calls from existing customers.
  • Sales & Promotion: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Customer Support: Addressing customer queries, complaints, and grievances effectively.
  • Data Management: Updating customer details and call outcomes in the company database or CRM system.
  • Following Scripts: Utilizing provided scripts to communicate company offers effectively. Betterteam +4

Requirements & Skills

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a confident, polite tone.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet surfing.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, persuade, and handle objections.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is usually preferred.
  • Education: Generally a high school diploma or equivalent, with degree holders sometimes considered
