Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, interacting with customers, and supporting business growth by generating leads and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain products/services clearly and effectively
• Generate leads and follow up on prospects
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and outcomes
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:

• Any graduate or relevant qualification
• Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in telecalling/customer support (0–3 years)
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Time management and multitasking ability

Additional Details:

• Work Location: Chennai, Adyar
• Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Experience: 0–3 Years
• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
