Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain our premium financial offerings, including Loans, Credit Cards, and Insurance.
• Help customers check eligibility and guide them through our fast approval processes backed by 100+ partner banks.
• Answer customer queries clearly and provide the best financial solutions tailored to their needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the lead pipeline daily.
• Focus on high-quality customer interactions rather than chasing forced numbers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome! Prior Telecalling, BPO, or Telesales experience is a big plus.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and a confident telephone voice.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (Knowledge of regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is a bonus).
