Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer handling is mandatory.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services to customers clearly and professionally.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and leads regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and follow-up.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), or in a similar role is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in Tamil; knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
