o To speak with customers identified in the customer contact list given by the team leader.

o To explain the various insurance plans detailing their importance, benefits and security aspects.

o To listen to the customer’s needs of the insurance plans.

o To gather details about the customer’s family, monthly income, and affordability and suggest the optimum plan to suit the customer.

o To inform the team leader/assistant manager/manager details about the interested customers for them to pursue the identified opportunities.

o To maintain the call history record and report the same to the team leader/Manager on a daily basis.

o To track the progress of the escalation calls submitted to the team leader/assistant manager/manager.

o To work towards achieving the targets communicated by the team leader/assistant manager/manager on monthly basis.
