PREMIER HOUSING AND PROPERTIES




Experience: Minimum 6 Month experience in Telecalling / Sales


Location : Kattupakkam & Iyyapanthangal.




Gender : Both




Role & Responsibilities




•Initiating outbound calls to potential clients, Promoting residential properties and Managing inbound queries whenever applicable


• scheduling and confirming site visits for interested buyer with sales teams.


• Explaining project details, Pricing, Payment plans and offers


• Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems, handling customer feedback and following up on leads




Preferred candidate profile




• Experience: 1 years in real estate/ Any sales


• strong communication and negotiation skills


• Good knowledge of the Chennai real estate market
