Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are hiring passionate and goal-oriented candidates for the role of Relationship Manager in the Direct Sales channel of the Life Insurance sector. The role involves acquiring new customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field activities, referrals, and personal network
- Meet potential customers and explain life insurance products
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate financial solutions
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Ensure timely policy issuance and coordination with internal teams
- Track leads and update daily activities in CRM tools (LMS / VYMO)
- Follow up for policy renewals and ensure persistency
- Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales / BFSI / Insurance preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage
- Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications
