Job Description
A Telecaller Executive is responsible for handling loan applications and customer inquiries via phone, often with a focus on sales. They assist clients in understanding loan products, guide them through the application process, and follow up on leads to secure new business or manage existing loan portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound/Outbound Calling:
Answer phone calls from customers, and make outbound calls to promote loan products.
- Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, understanding their financial needs and explaining loan options.
- Lead Generation and Management:
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and follow up with leads to drive loan applications.
- Loan Product Knowledge:
Possess a thorough understanding of various loan products, interest rates, eligibility requirements, and application processes.
